Flavourful and easy to use all-purpose Korean mother sauce and it’s vegan!
Add quality and depth of flavour to your every day meal.
I added less sugar than store-bought sauces for a more natural taste and feel – you’re more than welcome to add more sugar if you wish.
USE 1-2TBS PER SERVING.
Add sugar and salt to taste.
STIR FRY & FRIED RICE
Add at the end of cooking and let it thicken slightly. The sauce will caramelise as it cooks.
BBQ MARINADE
Use this as a “mop sauce” for BBQ / indoor grills.
Add a dash of fish sauce to jazz it up (optional).
Marinade the meat / vegetables in Kyums sauce and place them on the grill on low-heat.
FRIED CHICKEN | YANGNYEOM DAK
Heat the pan on low-heat.
Add sauce to the pan and reduce slightly – feel free to add more sugar if you like it sweeter.
Add a dash of fish sauce to jazz it up (optional).
Coat fried chicken.
BIBIMBAP
Add a splash of either the Mild Soy or Spicy sauce to your rice and veggie bowls, as is.
