This meal was one of my favorite – homemade bao buns, pork belly and kimchi slaw. I would shape the bao buns like dinner rolls and let them proof in a small sheet of parchment paper for a quick transfer and into the wooden steam baskets. Though this was my first time making Bao buns, it was my first time steaming and making bread in less than 12 minutes! Grand.
